Classes are here again! After 5 years, it is with great pleasure that I welcome all of you to our new location. Thank you very much parents for the support and trust that you have given to us through all these years. We would never have made it here without you. I am so happy to see that the children have now adjusted to their environment and are enjoying it tremendously. They now have bigger classrooms and more ground to run and play.

The start of the school year always presents opportunities for new beginnings: new classes, new books, new faces, new staff, new families and new friendships. The teachers and I find a special kind of joy and satisfaction in mapping out lessons, activities, assemblies and trips for the year. It is our goal to bring out the best in every pupil, cultivate in them sound moral values and develop a strong foundation in the basic skills: speaking, listening, reading, writing, mathematical-logical and scientific skills. We set our sights on these to meet the demands of the changing world. We educate students to develop inquiring minds, the ability to ask a smart question, discuss and argue rationally and apply themselves to various tasks. During the new school year, we will support each student with rich academic opportunities as well as social experiences to make new friends, develop character and responsibility as we strive to make each child`s year at SIS enjoyable and creative.

We believe that these young ones must be given compassion and interest as individuals. With the dedication of the teachers and staff, and with parents` assistance and cooperation, we can start making our children become the best person they can be as we encourage them to “do their ordinary duties extraordinarily well”. May our days always be filled with wisdom and knowledge as we aim to pursue our goals.
